The 10-yard is our lowest price, but it has the smallest weight allowance, and what goes in it matters more than on any other size. Only three things change the $375 price: going over 1 ton ($95/ton), keeping it past the 7 days included ($15/day), and the $2/mi fuel surcharge based on your one-way distance from our Monroe yard. Why 10-yards run heavy
A 10-yard filled with tile, brick, concrete, plaster or shingles can weigh several tons while it still looks half full, because those materials are dense. That's fine: the low walls make heavy material easy to load, and you pay $95 per ton for what's over. Household junk, furniture and cardboard are the opposite; they fill the box long before they reach a ton.
Don't overbuy capacity
If your job is a small amount of heavy debris, a bigger dumpster won't save you money: weight is billed the same $95/ton no matter the size, and you'd pay more up front for space you can't legally fill. A 10-yard is often the most cost-effective choice for dense material.

Delivery and placement
The 10-yard is our easiest size to place: roughly 12 ft of container with 4-ft walls, so it fits tighter driveways, side yards and job sites. Our driver backs straight in and sets it where you choose. Boards under the rails to protect concrete are available on request. Leave room for our truck to back in straight and clear low wires or branches overhead. Street placement may need a permit; see permits and placement rules by city.
