Dumpster or Charlotte bulky item pickup?
If you get City of Charlotte garbage service, you can schedule bulky item pickup for household items. It won't take most remodeling debris, and it has to be booked in advance.

Permits, HOAs and placement in Charlotte
Most Charlotte dumpsters go on a driveway and need no permit. Ask and we'll lay boards under the rails to protect concrete and pavers. If the dumpster has to sit in a city street, parking lane or sidewalk, you'll need a Right-of-Way Use Permit from CDOT. Apply at least 48 hours before delivery; there's a non-refundable application fee plus a daily fee, and lane closures generally aren't allowed on weekdays from 7 to 9 a.m. or 4 to 6 p.m. See permits and placement rules by city.
